Strict Client Policies
Financial Freedom 101 operates as an elite, approval-only practice for our term-based engagements. The policies below protect the integrity of our results and the experience of every client we accept.

Approval-only enrollment for term-based programs
The 3-, 6-, and 9-Month programs are not available for open purchase. Every applicant is reviewed for fit, commitment, and current credit posture. No payment is collected without written approval from our team.

Honest disclosure
Applicants must disclose all active disputes, lawsuits, bankruptcies, identity-theft claims, and active credit-repair engagements with any other firm. Material omissions are grounds for immediate termination without refund.

No guarantees — federal law
We do not guarantee score outcomes, item removals, or approval results. It is illegal under the Credit Repair Organizations Act to do so. We will, however, work the file under the FCRA, FDCPA, and FACTA at the highest standard in the industry.

No refunds after work begins
Because our work is performed up-front (audit, letter drafting, certified mailings, bureau follow-up), refunds are not issued once dispute letters are sent. Cancellation prior to first mailing may receive a partial credit at our discretion.

Communication standards
Clients are expected to respond to file requests within 5 business days. Repeated non-response will pause the program. Aggressive, threatening, or discriminatory communication results in immediate termination without refund.

One household, one engagement
Each program is for a single individual. Spouse or business-partner enrollments are billed separately. We do not split, share, or transfer engagements.

Confidentiality & data handling
All client records are stored in our private client portal with encrypted transport and admin-only access. We never sell, share, or resell client data.

Right to decline
We reserve the right to decline any application at our sole discretion. Common reasons: active bankruptcy proceedings, undisclosed prior engagements, or a profile that we do not believe we can move materially within the program window.
