You have the right to dispute inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information on your credit report directly with the credit reporting agencies and creditors at no cost under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. § 1681) and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (15 U.S.C. § 1692). Our paid services help you exercise those rights more efficiently but do not replace them.

You may cancel any credit-repair service contract with us, without penalty or obligation, within three (3) business days of signing. We will not perform any service or charge any fee for credit-repair work until our written contract is signed and the three-day cancellation period has expired.

Done-for-you services include client labor, third-party filings, and bureau response work. Refunds for services already performed are not available. Digital downloads (eBooks, template kits) are non-refundable once accessed. Coaching and mentorship programs may be refundable on a prorated basis within the first 7 days, subject to our written policy.

Capital Stack and other funding placements are done-with-you services. Approval, credit limits, and rates are determined solely by third-party lenders based on your profile. We do not lend money, are not a broker-dealer, and do not guarantee any funding amount.

The Mortgage-Ready Coach program is preparatory coaching only. We are not a mortgage lender, mortgage broker, or NMLS-licensed loan originator. All approval decisions belong to your chosen lender.

The Credit Repair Pro Certification is issued by Financial Freedom 101 and is a private credential — it is not a government-issued license. State licensing, bonding, and surety requirements for credit-services organizations vary; you are responsible for compliance in your operating state.
